Your workspace
Your saved profile, questions, answers, drafts, actions, and playbook progress stay in your private workspace. You can export your workspace and request workspace erasure from Account.
Email preferences
Service emails keep you informed about activity you initiate or account changes. Product updates and upgrade reminders require your opt-in. You can manage preferences in Account and unsubscribe from marketing emails.
Closing an account
Workspace erasure does not close your sign-in account or cancel an active subscription. Use the separate Close account flow in Account for full closure. Cancel renewal through billing first if you have an active plan.
